Return Poilicy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchased items. Please ensure that you carefully review and select your items before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any damages or defects once the purchase is made. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Re-delivery

If a package is unclaimed or an incorrect shipping address was provided and the package is sent back to AZ Toronto Jewellery, the customer is responsible for the re-delivery cost.

Lost Packages

When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, AZ Toronto Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue however, we are not liable for lost packages.
